Newly built in 2021, The Tiny House at Lubec offers ocean bay view luxury in a petite package. Brimming with modern amenities and fully stocked with everything you need for a classic Maine vacation.
The Tiny House at Seal House is cozy yet feels spacious (18 screened windows w/sunset views of Johnson Bay) We offer HD TV, 300 Mmps wifi mini-fireplace, California Closet, luxurious fluffy bathrobes, designer mini-kitchen. 240 Sq ft 1 full-size Murphy bed, 1 full-bath
We offer a complimentary white/red wine and a bar rack for cocktail creations as well as complimentary drink mixers. Pour a beverage from the bar rack or step into the luxurious rain shower, featuring eucalyptus oil for a spa-like experience.
Outside, relax in one of your Adirondack chairs either on your own private wrap-around deck w/gas grill or by the shared bouldered fire pit with stunning sunset views of Johnson Bay. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea overlooking the bay while watching eagles land nearby, and wind down in the evening in front of a roaring fire.

The Tiny House is located on a small compound consisting of two other buildings. A larger 3-bedroom home called Seal House (which is also an AirBnB listing) as well as another tiny house on the property where the owners reside (they also have a larger residence 5 houses down) Our Seal House property is under one-half acre total. We strive to make our guests feel relaxed, comfortable and at peace. Please be considerate of neighbors and other guests. The Tiny House at Seal House is not suitable for children under 11 years old and is not child-proof. ***No outside guests permitted on the property without owner's permission. ***No smoking inside the Tiny House. ***No pets allowed during guest's stay. ***If you would like all of the alcohol and wine removed before your stay, please let us know and we will do so in advance. ***Only one vehicle can park at The Tiny House and one for Seal House. If you are staying at The Tiny House and have more than one vehicle, we have additional free parking five doors down at our other property called Eagles Landing.
