Art Show at the Library

This art show is for the entire month of December.
Connie Harter-Bagley:
Lifetime potter at the Clay of Fundy, Sign and Boat Painter, Yoga Teacher, Sailing Crew, K-8 Art Teacher, Musician, Drummer: Connie has worn many hats. She designed and built her house first in Trescott, then a house, studio and gallery in East Machias to homestead, raise two children, and enjoy the community. Connie found it easy to relish the air, water, and land of Maine and expresses her joy with XC skiing, hiking and belly dance. Art-wise, Connie's main passion is clay. She studied many different styles under many teachers as far back as high school. She got a big kick out of Japanese aesthetics and continues her study of calligraphy and painting watercolor type slips layered on porcelain finished with a clear glaze. A potter for 50 years, and humorist, she has lead workshops which are easy to learn at and a lot of fun. Connie's pottery will be on display for the entire month of December.
Artist reception on December 12th, 4 - 6 PM.
