Hat Display from Around the World & Talk

Location: Lubec Memorial Library, 55 Water St., Lubec
Gretchen Mead's collection of hats from around the world will be on display at the Lubec Memorial Library until Saturday March 7, when she will be giving a talk about the collection at 1pm.
From Gretchen: "After our children were grown, my husband and I travelled abroad on a shoestring. I collected costumes to show in libraries but have since sold them. But, I did collect hats, some of which I purchased online and many of which were given to me by acquaintances. I enjoy sharing them with others and hope you will enjoy seeing them."
Talk at 1 PM, March 7th.
