Lubec Library's 25th Birthday Bash!

Lubec Memorial Library's new building turns 25 this year! We have a host of activities planned Saturday 8/8 to celebrate:
-10:30-11:30am we'll be showing a video recording of "Our Library History", featuring Suzanne Plaut, Gretchen Mead, and Peggy Bailey
-12-1pm we'll hear from guest speakers Jen Plaut, Steve Lehman, and our team of librarians about the journey of constructing our current library space and all that's been accomplished in the last 25 years
-1-2pm we'll have birthday cake and live music by local folk duo The Maple Honeys (Lucy Zwigard and Anna Carter)
Fresh-squeezed lemonade will be available all day.
Family-friendly, free admission, all are welcome.
