“I aim to foster stability and mobility in the physical body.
This course will improve your balance, muscle strength and range of motion. This course will also enhance your sense of well-being. Participants will cultivate stability and mobility while supporting optimal posture, and the mind-body-spirit connection. Mindful Flow Yoga appreciates some familiarity with yoga, although it is not required.

Sam Williams has been practicing yoga since 2003, she came to love yoga as an arthritic college student. Samantha is an Experienced Yoga Teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500), and has been teaching yoga since 2011. She is the owner of Bold Coast Yoga which offers yoga classes as well as teacher training. Our campus will offer you a warm, south-facing space to deepen your body, mind & spirit.
