Volunteer Workday: Mowry Beach Knotweed Pull

Location: Mowry Beach, Lubec
Join Downeast Coastal Conservancy at Mowry Beach for a contest to see who can pull the most Japanese knotweed. Volunteers will pull as much of the invasive plant as they can, and the winner will win a prize. Limit 10.
What to bring: water and a snack. Tools and gloves will be provided by DCC, but participants may bring their own if you have them!
Date is subject to change due to weather conditions. If adverse weather conditions are predicted to occur during a volunteer day, an email notice will be provided with the rescheduled date no later than one day prior to the activity.
