Yoga for Stress Relief Workshop

Join Samantha Williams, E-RYT 500 for a morning of discovering the most effective yoga techniques for reducing and relieving stress.

From supporting the nervous system to gentle myofascial release, the workshop will include discussion, a 60 minute yoga for stress relief class, question and answer session, and more. Participants will gain strategies to support stress relief in their daily lives.
Samantha Williams has been practicing yoga since 2004, she came to love yoga as an arthritic college student. Samantha is an Experienced Yoga Teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500) and has been teaching yoga since 2011. She is the owner of Bold Coast Yoga which offers yoga classes as well as teacher training. Our campus will offer you a warm, south-facing space to deepen your body, mind & spirit.
Required Equipment:
yoga mat (some available)
comfortable clothing that allows for movement
Optional Equipment:
yoga blanket
water bottle
yoga block (some available)
Students who are new to yoga or have medical conditions should consult their physician prior to beginning any new movement program.
